To prevent abuse of the service, summate.it now requires users create an account to use the service. To test summate.it without an account, you can try it with articles from Media Lens and Declassified UK.

Summate.it can now translate summaries to your preferred language. It also now uses the whole article when generating summaries (very large articles will be truncated to fit OpenAI's API limits).

Due to the added cost of processing more article content, we have introduced user accounts with a free and premium plan.

How it works

This site uses Full-Text RSS to extract article content and convert to plain text. It then uses OpenAI for article summarization.
